Did you hear that?

Nope, it wasn't thunder.

Nope, not an earthquake.

Wasn't a loud motorcycle going by.

Or even a jet breaking the sound barrier.

It was me hitting the 320s!

Yep, this morning the scale said 329.2! Swwweeeeeeeeeettttttttt!

I'm still extremely tight, but I was able to get down a few spoons of scrambled egg this morning, so I think it's loosening up a tad. Which is good, because I think if I can eat, I'll see what this restriction thing is all about and finally get to use this band the way it was intended.

Now, onto yesterday's blog about spinning. I'm kinda ticked that no one was on my side - the side of "yeah, don't be the fattest chick in class." HAHAHA - just teasing. I'm gonna sign up. I'm still a bit intimidated, but I figure nothing ventured, nothing gained!

  1. Is THAT what that was?? Woohoo! Hey, if I have to be the fattest girl in belly dancing, then you have to be the fattest girl in spinning! And if the instructor takes a special interest in you, tell her to shove it! Because I effing HATE that!

  3. Amy - I find that I can't eat food until about 11ish. Do you feel equally tight at night? Maybe try a hot beverage in the morning to start with and then eat a bit later in the morning, may help with the tightness. Just a thought...CONGRATULATIONS on the 320's!! So fantastic. Also on the spinning. I really want to take a spinning class, but they are so damn expensive here in NYC. I still think I'll try one soon.

  4. That's awesome Amy! Congrats on the 20's. Absolutely sign up for spin class and while you're there think of all the people (skinny or fat) that don't bother to exercise to keep their cardiovascular system in good shape. If anyone looks at you funny just stick your tongue out at them...that'll fix'em for starin'...lol...kidding about the last part.

  5. Lots of love for you and your 320s!!!!

And when I felt (and probably was) like the biggest girl in the gym I actually worked harder because I thought I had something to prove. Turns out I was working harder than lots of the skinny girls and some of them commended me on doing stuff they couldn't or wouldn't try!!!

  7. You're doing so well - it's fantastic. After you mentioned spinning I admit I hadn't heard of it before and looked it up on Wiki... and felt exhausted by the time I understood what one does and the effect. Not for me I think...
