Why the hell did I think being that tight for that long was good?
I am drinking a protein shake right now. It's going right down. No problems. No sticking, no having to go painfully slow.
I didn't gurgle last night. For the past few months, every time I laid down, my tummy would gurgle, almost as if I would feel air pass between my two tummies. It wasn't painful, just annoying.
I woke up feeling *normal*. You know how you can feel tightness in the AM? No more for me! I wouldn't attempt a T-bone right now, but I don't have that strange tight feeling.
Lesson learned - I have a hard head.
I amso glad you got some relief. It is the worst feeling. You will keep losing because solids will fill you better. Hope your day goes well.
ReplyDeleteThat is great that you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI've been having that gurgling sound/feeling. I'm also having the sensation of suddenly being much tighter. Ugh, I hope I don't get too tight...
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are feeling better. I'm beginning to believe it's an experience we all have to go through. In the end, at least in my case, it actually helped me learn a lot about the band and stop worrying so much about what I can/should do.
ReplyDeleteI seriously cannot believe you went so long. I've had an unfill myself so I know the relief of going back to normal. I realize I can eat normally without uber restriction.
ReplyDeleteSo I guess the question is why were you punishing yourself for so long?
Also I sincerely hope you write your jackass surgeon a long letter and tell him how his draconian policy of complete unfills is completely barbaric and wrong and mean and counter-productive!
Hard headed Amy...mmmyea, that sounds like you! NOT! Glad you are feeling MUCH better!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are feeling normal again - and hopefully your lesson will work on all of us! So thanks in advance for that.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you feel better!
ReplyDeletemost lessons are learned the hard way, but the important thing is that you learned it! So happy you are feeling better now!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing better.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! So glad your feeling alot better.
